About

I was on the phone for years, failing the same way every time.

Klesos is the tool I needed on every one of those calls. Here is where it comes from, and the insight underneath it.

Where it comes from

I have been the person this is built for.

I have been on the phone for most of my working life. I sold my own freelance work to people who had no reason to take the call. I knocked on real-estate offices in Portugal and pitched in a language I was still learning. Then I joined FlyFX, a cargo and jet charter operator, on the broker desk, with no industry knowledge at all.

Different products, different countries, the same failure. I did not know who to call. I did not know what to say to the person who picked up. And whatever I learned on a call was gone the moment I hung up.

Every time, I solved it by hand. Research the night before, spreadsheets, notes I never looked at again. Klesos is that work automated by the person who did it manually for years.

I built the whole system myself. In May I entered the AI Agent Olympics in Milan and won both tracks I entered, out of about two thousand people, and Vultr flew me to Paris to present at RAISE Summit.

The pattern

Reps don’t fail on charisma. They fail on information.

01

They call the wrong people.

Almost no team can define its ideal customer precisely, so the list is wrong before anyone dials.

02

They read the wrong script.

It was written for a generic buyer, not the specific person who just picked up the phone.

03

Nothing is kept.

Whatever a call teaches leaks out the moment it ends, so the next one starts from zero.

I later ran 65 demos across seven countries, from marketing agencies to insurance brokers to solar installers to IT firms, and heard those same three things, in that order, every time.

Why nobody has fixed it

Everyone owns one stage. The loop only closes if you own all three.

Sourcing, the live call, and the memory are three separate businesses today. Klesos runs all three, so what happens on one call sharpens the next.

What we believe

Four convictions. One product.

The principles that decide what gets built, and what doesn't.

shield_lock

Compliant by design

EU-first, with a PII firewall at the core. Compliance is the wedge; built in from the first line, not bolted on later.

neurology

Learns from real selling

The brain compounds with every call, meeting, and doc. That accumulated knowledge is the moat; not the code around it.

Self-serve

One paragraph to onboard. No implementation team, no kickoff call, no professional-services invoice.

Open-source core

The engine is built in the open on GitHub. You can see how it works, and so can your security team.

What’s shipped

A full platform. Built solo.

A complete multi-tenant platform (knowledge import, the three-brain firewall, lead sourcing, live calling with in-ear coaching, the Practice Range, the Script Doctor, teams, and multilingual) built on production infrastructure. It’s in private beta now, running on real test-user data.

A few pieces are built and ready to switch on: Stripe billing, multilingual transcription and AI, and full AI-copilot responses are rolling out as the beta widens.

Stop calling more. Start calling better.

Describe your customer in one sentence. The agent sources the leads, writes the playbook, coaches you live, and gets sharper with every call.
