Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Klesos, a sales-calling and lead-generation platform operated by View1 Media ("Klesos", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Klesos helps sales teams source leads, build call playbooks, run outbound calls, and follow up by email and SMS. The platform gives you tools, automation, and compliance guardrails. You remain responsible for who you contact and how, and for having a lawful basis to contact each person on your lists.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your calls and messages, including consent, do-not-call, quiet-hours, and recording-disclosure rules. Klesos provides guardrails, but you must use them honestly. See our calling compliance guide for where and how you can call.

Calling and recording are your responsibility. Klesos records and transcribes calls by default so you get a recording and coaching on every call. By placing a call through Klesos you direct and authorize that recording, and you are solely responsible for making the recording disclosure the law requires at or before the start of each call. Klesos surfaces the rules we know for a destination and the exact disclosure to read, but reading it and obtaining any required agreement is yours to do. Where a person declines to be recorded, you must stop the recording using the in-call control. You confirm you have a lawful basis to contact each person and to record where recording requires consent. Klesos does not block calls on your behalf and is not your compliance authority. We do maintain a do-not-call suppression list and a per-market calling toggle, both of which we enforce directly.

Jurisdiction guidance, consent tiers, and disclosures shown in the product are provided to help, may be incomplete or wrong for your situation, and are not legal advice. You remain solely responsible for lawful use.

You agree not to use the service to:

• contact people you have no lawful basis or right to contact,
• send unlawful, harassing, misleading, or deceptive outreach,
• use purchased or scraped lists you are not permitted to message, or
• contact anyone who has asked you to stop or has opted out.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval you choose, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, and any change takes effect on your next billing cycle.

Buying a plan charges you straight away. When you pick a plan and check out, we charge your card for the first interval at that moment, not later. The amount is shown to you before you confirm. The subscription then renews on its own for each following interval until you cancel. There is no free trial on a paid plan.

The free workspace is separate. You can open a workspace without a card, set up your market and script, and practise as much as you like for free. Starting that trial requires a payment card, which we only ask for when you place your first live call, and it is the one place a trial still runs: 3 days, with the end date shown to you before you confirm. When it ends it converts to a paid subscription automatically: we charge that card the plan price and the subscription renews from there. We do not send a separate reminder before that first charge, so treat the end date shown to you as the date the card is charged.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens our payment provider's billing portal. If you are inside the dial-gate trial described above, cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all. A paid plan is charged at checkout, so cancelling stops the next renewal rather than the first charge. Cancel during a paid interval and you keep access until the end of the interval you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate the remainder. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Your use of Klesos is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we protect it. Prospect data is processed in the EU and can be corrected or deleted on request through our data request form.

The platform, its software, and its brand are owned by View1 Media. You keep ownership of the content and lists you bring, and you grant us the limited rights we need to run the service for you.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify Klesos against claims arising from calls or recordings you place through the product.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
