Program terms

The rules for sending people to Klesos, whether you are a customer or a partner with an audience. Last updated August 12, 2026.

Referral program

For Klesos customers. You earn free usage on your own account for every team you bring.

1.Who can refer

Any Klesos workspace with an active plan can refer. A workspace admin creates one referral code, and that code belongs to the workspace, not to the person who made it. One code per workspace at a time. If a code leaks or gets posted somewhere it should not be, tell us and we will retire it and issue a new one.

2.What the person you refer gets

20% off their first 3 months, applied automatically when they use your link or type your code at checkout. It is for new customers only, so it will not apply to someone who has bought from us before. Each code works for up to 25 people and expires 12 months after it is created.

3.What you get

Free usage on your own workspace, sized to the plan they buy. It is added to your account as phone reveals and calling minutes, on top of whatever your plan already includes.

They buyYou get
Solo25 phone reveals and 2 hours of calling
Starter50 phone reveals and 5 hours of calling
Pro100 phone reveals and 10 hours of calling
Scale200 phone reveals and 20 hours of calling

There is no cap on how many people you refer. There is a yearly ceiling on the total value we will grant one workspace, which is there to bound abuse and which no honest referrer will ever reach. If you are close to it we will talk to you rather than switch it off.

4.When you get it

A referral counts once the person you referred has actually paid an invoice. Starting a free trial is not enough, and neither is an invoice that came to zero. From that first real payment we wait 30 days and then add the usage to your workspace. That wait is the refund window, and it is why the reward is safe to give.

5.Milestones

  • 5 paying referrals: one free month of their own plan.
  • 10 paying referrals: three months on the next tier up.

Milestone rewards are applied by hand, so allow us a few days. We will email you when it is done.

6.When we take it back

If the payment behind a referral is refunded or charged back, the referral is void. Inside the 30 day wait that just means nothing is granted. If it has already been granted, we reverse it by putting the same amount of usage back on the meter. We do not delete the original record, because it happened.

7.What is not allowed

  • Referring yourself, another workspace you control, or someone paying with your card.
  • Posting your code on coupon, deal or voucher sites.
  • Bidding on our brand name in ads to catch people who were already coming to us.
  • Anything that misrepresents what Klesos is or what it costs.

We check every referral for a few signals before it pays: whether the card matches one of yours, whether the email is a near match for yours, and whether several referrals arrived from the same network. A signal is not an accusation. It puts the referral in a review queue and a human looks at it, usually within a couple of days.

8.Tell people it is a referral

If you share your link publicly, say that you get something for it. That is the law in most of the places our customers work, and it is what a straight seller would do anyway.

9.Changes and questions

We may change these terms as the program grows, and we will not apply a change backwards to a referral that has already been earned. A program for customers who share their results is coming, and its terms will be added to this page. Questions go to kyle@klesos.com.

These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Affiliate program

For people with an audience who are not Klesos customers. You are paid in cash, as a share of what the customers you send us actually pay.

10.Who can be an affiliate

Anyone with an audience of people who might buy Klesos, who applies at /affiliates and is accepted by us. Acceptance is at our discretion and we keep the roster small on purpose. Being accepted does not make you our employee, our agent or our partner in any legal sense, and you may not sign anything, promise anything or hold yourself out as speaking for Klesos.

You cannot be in the referral program and the affiliate program at the same time. If you are a paying customer, referrals is the better program for you and it is the one you will be pointed to.

11.What you earn

25% of every payment a customer you introduced actually makes to us, for their first 12 months as a customer. The 12 months are counted from their first payment that carried money. A free trial, and any invoice that came to zero, earns nothing and does not start the clock.

Once you have brought 10 paying customers, your rate goes to 30%. That applies to commission you earn after the change and is not applied backwards, in the same way that a rate we lower would not be applied backwards either.

Commission is calculated on the amount that settled, before any tax we are required to add. If a customer is on a discount, you earn on what they paid, not on the list price.

12.How a customer is credited to you

Two ways, and one of them always wins. If someone types your code at checkout, that customer is yours, full stop. Otherwise, if they arrive on your link, we set a cookie and that customer is yours for 60 days from their most recent visit on it. The most recent coded link wins, which is how every affiliate program works.

A customer is only ever credited to one program and one person, permanently, decided at the moment they buy. If someone else already brought them, or if they were already in our referral program, no affiliate commission arises no matter what a cookie says.

Cookies can be blocked, cleared or lost when a person switches device. Your code cannot. If you want reliable attribution, give people the code as well as the link.

13.When and how you get paid

Every commission sits for 30 days after the customer's payment lands, which is the window in which a payment can come back. After that it clears. We pay out cleared balances of EUR 100.00 or more, in arrears, by Wise or PayPal, to the details you gave us. Below EUR 100.00 your balance simply rolls forward until it gets there.

Payments are made in euros. Any transfer fee charged by your side, and any currency conversion, is yours. Keeping your payout details current is yours too. If a transfer bounces we will tell you once and then hold the balance until you fix it.

14.Self-billing

By joining the program you agree to a self-billing arrangement: we raise the invoice for your commission on your behalf, in your name, and send it to you at the same time as we pay it. You agree to accept those invoices and not to issue your own for the same commission.

You agree to tell us straight away if your VAT registration changes, if your business is transferred, or if you stop being the person entitled to the commission. If any detail on a self-billed invoice is wrong, tell us and we will correct it on the next run rather than reissuing history.

15.VAT and tax

Give us your VAT number if you have one. If you are a business in an EU member state other than ours, your commission is treated as a supply of services subject to the reverse charge under Article 196 of EU Directive 2006/112/EC: no VAT is charged on the invoice, and accounting for it is yours. If you have no VAT number, or you are outside the EU, the invoice carries no VAT and says so.

Commission is gross. Income tax, social contributions and any other tax on what you earn are yours, and we do not withhold or report on your behalf unless the law makes us.

16.What is not allowed

  • Bidding on our brand name, our product name, or close misspellings of either, in any paid search or paid social ad. This is the rule affiliates break most often and it is the one we enforce hardest, because it charges us for traffic that was already ours.
  • Self-referral. Buying through your own link, buying for a business you control, or arranging for someone to buy on your behalf. A matching card or a matching network is treated as a self-referral.
  • Posting your code or link on coupon, deal, voucher, cashback or extension-based discount sites.
  • Unsolicited bulk email or messaging, anything that would put our domain or our numbers at risk, and anything that would breach the marketing or calling laws where your audience is.
  • Misrepresenting what Klesos does, what it costs, what results it produces, or your relationship with us. Do not invent numbers, do not promise outcomes, and do not imply you work here.
  • Registering domains, social accounts or app listings using our name, or anything close enough to be mistaken for it.

17.When we take it back

If the payment behind a commission is refunded or charged back, that commission is void. Inside the 30 day hold that simply means it never clears. If we have already paid it, the amount is deducted from your next payout, and if there is no next payout we may ask you for it back.

The same applies to commission that came from a customer credited to you in breach of clause 16. We will tell you what we found and why before we do it.

18.Ending it

Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason, by saying so. If you leave, or if we pause you, commission you have already honestly earned still clears and still gets paid on the normal schedule. If we terminate you for a breach of clause 16, unpaid commission connected to that breach is forfeit and the rest is not.

We may change these terms as the program grows. We will tell active affiliates before a change to the rate, the window or the payout rules takes effect, and a change will not be applied backwards to commission already earned.

19.Tell people it is an affiliate link

Every time you share your link or your code publicly, say that you are paid for it. Clearly, near the link, in the same place a person will see it. This is required by the FTC in the United States and by the equivalent rules across the EU and the UK, and it is a condition of being in this program, not a suggestion.

Something as plain as this is enough: I get paid a commission if you sign up through this link.

Advocates program

For customers who already use Klesos every day and talk about it in public. You are paid in product credits on your own workspace, never in cash.

20.Who can be an advocate

You need a workspace on an active plan and at least 10 real dials made from it. That is the whole entry test, and it exists because a program that pays for posting attracts people who post and never call. You either apply from the Advocates page inside the app or we invite you.

Applying does not admit you. We keep the group small on purpose, and being in it does not make you our employee, our agent or our spokesperson.

21.What you earn

Each quest pays a fixed amount of usage on your own workspace: a number of phone reveals and a number of calling minutes. The credit value of those units is worked out at our published rates on the day the credit lands, so a change to our pricing never quietly changes what you were promised.

The quest board inside the app is the complete list. Nothing outside it earns anything, and we will never pay for likes, comments, reshares, follows, follower counts, reach, impressions or for posting a certain number of times. Those numbers are not what we are buying.

In any calendar month you can earn at most your own workspace's monthly credit budget. Anything above that is not lost, it simply lands the following month.

22.You have to say we pay you

Every post, review, video or contribution has to carry a disclosure line saying that we give you product credits for it. We give you the exact sentence in the app so there is nothing to guess at. If the disclosure is not there, the submission is not credited.

This is required by the FTC in the United States and by the equivalent consumer rules across the EU and the UK, and as an EU company we are on the hook for it alongside you. It is a condition of the program, not a suggestion.

23.We never pay you to be positive

What you say is yours. A critical review earns exactly what a glowing one earns, we do not ask you to change a word, we do not withhold credit because we did not like the tone, and we do not screen submissions on sentiment at any point. If you want to write that a feature is not there yet, write it.

This is the law as well as our preference. Conditioning a reward on a positive review breaks the FTC's rules on consumer reviews and the equivalent rules in the EU.

24.When the credit lands

We check each submission, and the credit lands 7 days after we approve it, provided the post is still up on the day. That wait is the anti gaming rule: posting something and deleting it a day later earns nothing.

Some things cannot be checked from a link, like a reference call, a webinar appearance, or a post in a private community. Those are confirmed by a person here before they credit, which takes a little longer.

25.When we take it back

If something we credited comes down, or turns out not to be yours, or turns out not to be what it claimed, we reverse that credit and record a strike. Two strikes and the membership ends. We do not take back credits from anything else you earned honestly.

We can also pause or end a membership, change the quests, or close the program. If we do, anything already approved is still honoured.

Questions about any of this go to kyle@klesos.com. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
